UCM 11G PS3 updates

Oracle is soon going to release Oracle UCM 11G PS3 with enhanced features in terms of External Applications which are build using SSXA(Site Studio for External Applications) and Access Control List based security model. ACL security model was having some drawbacks due to which it was not recommended to be used but with this new release Oracle brought the powerful ACL security based feature.
